Poor Slow Kolsch Tasting

After patiently waiting three whole days after bottling, we popped open a bottle of the "Poor Slow" Kolsch. So called because it was accidentally bottled with a lot of sediment - We tried to bottle straight from the secondary, instead of doing the right thing (:-P) and moving to a bottling bucket.

Even though the beer is very green, the carbonation is already well established. Hopefully, this isn't an early sign of over-carbonation. The beer is heavily dry-hopped and the lemony after taste of Armaillo is the predominate flavor.
